About Nessie
Since she was a small child, Nessie Maclay has always made cards for friends and family, so it seemed only
natural to establish Nessie Maclay Cards formally in 2002. Since launching, she has gone from strength to strength,
selling cards to retailers and individuals and moving enormous quantities of her Christmas cards, in aid of various
different charities.
Now, with nessiemaclay.com, she is bringing her brand of quirky, original and handmade cards to a wider
audience providing you with an alternative to mass-produced chain store cards at a fraction of the cost that boutiques
charge for hand crafted cards.
nessiemaclay.com is a full e-commerce operation, which we hope gives you a flavour of the love, care and
attention that goes in to producing our cards. You can buy one card, or one hundred all with a few simple clicks and
keystrokes and we hope that once you have bought once you will never need to go anywhere else for your cards for any
occasion.
Nessie lives in West Sussex with her husband Duncan and three sons, who fill every moment that she
is not making cards.
